How to obtain the 3x3 matrix?

How are we suppose to get the 3x3 matrix for "sp" model.Should we copy the values given in the tutorial or is there any other way of computing it? Please help.

I read the comments below and discovered that the same matrix has to be copied.

But i still have a problem.When i try to run julius with accoustic model file made i get following error:

cannot find short pause model "sp" in hmmdefs.

why is this happening?
