Howdy Folks,

I am looking for a Speech Data that contains disfluencies, such as filled pauses, sentence restarts and so on.

I am wondering if there is any data like this available on VoxForge?

And if not, if you could point me in the right direction that would be great.

Cheers,

Adam

Hi Adam

Take a look at TalkBank.

The VoxForge Dev Wiki also has a list of other possible source of spoken audio data.

Hope that helps,

Ken

They look very useful, the only thing this that it would seem I have to download each file one at a time. Is there anyway to download the whole of each database in one go?

Otherwise it will be a very time consuming process.

Cheers,

Hi Adam,

Check out wget (I think there is even a GUI front-end for it ...) or other similar such utilities that can download many files from a particular URL.
