To contribute speech to help in the creation of a GPL Speech Corpus for use in the creation of Free Acoustic Models, click the link for your operating system.  Each link provides instructions on how to record your speech and then submit it to VoxForge. 

You can also submit speech using your telephone by calling the VoxForge Speech Submission IVR at the number shown below.

Using Audacity (Speech submitted here will go to creating Command and Control Acoustic Models for Personal Computers) Linux Record and Submit Speech Audio to VoxForge using Linux Windows Record and Submit Speech Audio to VoxForge using Windows. Mac Record and Submit Speech Audio to VoxForge using Mac OS		Using Your Telephone (Speech submitted here will go to creating Acoustic Models for Telephony Applications) Call the VoxForge Speech Submission IVR at: (423) 303-3305 and follow the instructions given by the system. Once you are finished, your speech will be automatically submitted to the VoxForge User Submissions Forum.  Notes: 1. You must agree to submit your speech audio under the GNU GPL license, and assign the copyright to your submission to the Free Software Foundation.       Many thanks to the folks at Wingnet Internet Services who donated this number, and provided the Asterisk server that houses the VoxForge IVR application.  Wingnet sells Asterisk hardware, and provides fax and collocation services.
