Hi everyone, 

Just updated the WebGUI CMS to release 7.0.9.  Some minor changes to the site, including a change to the rating system: rather than rating posts or comments from 1 to 5, we now use a thumbs up or thumbs down.  On the backend, now have a 'staging' environment that will permit us to work on the website behind the scenes and then 'publish' all changes at once.
