I would like to know how to build a spanish dictation application/library (dll).

First of all I need the engine.... I read that only HTK had dictation on mind when it was created but I also want to have your opinion. I was trying pocketsphinx...

I think I will need a language model and a dictionary¿?

Can I use any spanish language model and build a dictionary with the words? Any documentation is welcomed.

Sphinx4 can do dictation - see the evaldictator project
