I am looking information for some Acoustic Model in Spanish language that works with sphinx2, for example.
Is there any work done?
Where can i find information about this? How can i contribute in this?
It is hard (time and knowledge) to achieve it?

The only Spanish acoustic models for Sphinx that I know of are from this project: The Automatic Speech Recognition for Spanish Language Project
I am not sure if these work with Sphinx2...

One way would be to donate your speech to VoxForge.
Thanks to Mauricio, I've now got the translations I need to update the VoxForge speech submission application to collect Spanish speech...it will be up and working soon.
