unable to run mfcc code in julius

Hello

I have installed julius,cygwin and htk as it is instructed in voxforge site.

now, i am trying to run the mfcc source code in cygwin given in the juius site but i am unable to do so as it is showing some fatal error that cannot find the #include "sent/mfcc.h" file or directoryeven when i have set the path.

can anyone please tell me the steps to compile the mfcc code for feature extraction(per utterance) using cygwin.

Yes i meant by the mfcc source code given in this site http://www.sp.nitech.ac.jp/~ri/julius-dev/doxygen/julius/4.1.2/en/wav2mfcc-buffer_8c-source.html

Can you please tell me the step by step instructions as i am completely new to this topic.
