Problem by Julius using keithv's wsj acoustic model

Hello everyone,

i was just starting my work with julius for a few days and i want to use the keithv's wsj acoustic model: http://www.keithv.com/software/htk/us/

but i have got this error message:

Error: rdhmmdef_options: unknown option in header: :

Error: rdhmmdef: read error at line 3: unknown option in header

can anybody help me to fix this problem? thanks a lot!

What are your Julius command line parameters and what is in your Julius config file (i.e. non default configs)?

I have faced with the same problem and I read in one of the forum posts that you need to convert binary hmmdef to text format to use it in Julius.

I didn't try it yet. Hope it helps.
