Julius - Batch Mode

Hey Folks,

I am a Julius newbie and experiencing something weird.

When I run Julius with around 28 files in the filelist.txt I get different results compared to running each file on its own.

Example:

julius-4.3.1 -C my.jconf -quiet -nolog -filelist all_files.txt
julius-4.3.1 -C my.jconf -quiet -nolog -filelist single.txt

Is this normal? The decoding in batch mode (first command) is a LOT more accurate. How can I achieve this in single mode? I don't want to decode all the other files, my task has to be very time efficient.
