Step 7 - Fixing the Silence Models:
numbers are:
0.0 1.0 0.0
0.0 0.9 0.1
0.0 0.0 0.0
but in example numbers are:
<TRANSP> 3
0.0 0.7 0.3
0.0 0.6 0.4
0.0 0.0 0.0

my mistake ... good eyes!
it should be:
│ 0.0 1.0 0.0 │
│ 0.0 0.9 0.1 │
│ 0.0 0.0 0.0 │
see ticket #2 for an explanation.
