Best decoder for Automated Audio Segmentation

Hello,
Did anyone try to use other speech recognition systems for Automated Audio Segmentation?
(HTK is good, but others might be better, who knows. For example Sphinx_align does not require to run Festival for missing words, because it can do it internally.)

Hi Sergey,

With Sequitur G2P, we should be able to create a completely automated script for segmenting audio... therefore no requirement for using Festival.
