I've successfully followed the instructions and installed Julian.

When I run it, all the output prints to the Terminal successfully and ended by

<<< please speak >>>

But, when I speak,  nothing happens. No further output, no nothing. My mic is working properly as I open the sound preferences and see the input coming through.

Any help would be appreciated.
