Same problem here, in the last step (10):

ERROR [+7036]  NewMacro: macro or model name ST_A_2_2 already exists

I have not used non ASCII characters, any tip?

I solved my problem. I had edited my tree.hed file and had a line repeated..

I have this error when using HERest command as follows 

-A -D -T 1 -C Config.txt phones1.mlf -t 250.0 150.0 1000.0 -S train.scp -H hmm0/macrom.txt -H hmm0/hmmdefsVerse1.txt -M hmm1 monophone0.txt 

Error [+7036] CreateHMM: mulptiple use of logical HMM name sil

Error [+7060] InitHMMSet: Error in create HMM

Error [+2321] Initialise: MakeHMMSet Failed

I dunno what to do.. Help!
