Training acoustic model

I would like to adapt the acoustic model with an extended recording of my voice rather than just a few prompts. Would it be feasible just to use the steps detailed in adapting the speaker-independent acoustic model to my voice?

problem running julian

I am using Ubuntu and there HTK < 3.4 won't compile, so I was cheating in Step5, Global adaptation, and just grabbed your files. Otherwise I followed the tutorial step-by-step. When I try to run julian, I get the following error: Error: HMMList: line 8718: physical HMM "ix-t+l" not found Error: HMMList: line 8719: physical HMM "ix-t+r" not found Error: HMMList: line 8722: physical HMM "ix-t+y" not found Error: HMMList: line 8724: physical HMM "ow-t+ow" not found HMMList "tiedlist" read error Could you help me to fix this error, please?
