While the applet let me record all pieces, it would not play back any of them. At the bottom, after the text segments and before the Submit button, there is a text field repirting ERROR, only the text field is too small and I cannot make out the rest of the message (if there is any).
Long story short, I will try to send some audio files of me reading another way.

Which OS and Java JVM are you using? Which version?
Can you display the Java console while trying to play back a recording? If you can , please cut and paste the results here,
